Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Teff - 100 g
- Honey - 30 g
- Cardamom - 0.5 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan, whisk teff flour and butter until lightly toasted (1–2 min).

Gradually whisk in milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Add honey, cinnamon, and cardamom.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 12–15 min).
Step 5
Remove from heat, pour into bowls, and let cool slightly.
Step 6
Garnish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

Toast the teff flour briefly for a nuttier flavor and use very warm milk to speed cooking.
