You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a contract. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All original recipes, photos, and code on Culinum are protected by copyright. Reproduction is permitted only with explicit permission and attribution.

4. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Culinum a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to display, translate, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Do not post illegal, hateful, or plagiarised material; do not scrape or reverse‑engineer the Service; do not harass other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culinum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
