Ingredients

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Gelatin - 10 g
  • Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
  • Mango - 300 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 50 ml cold milk and let bloom 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    In a blender, puree mango until smooth.

  • Step 3

    In a saucepan, warm remaining 450 ml milk with sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.

  • Step 4

    Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract until dissolved.

  • Step 5

    Fold in mango puree.

  • Step 6

    Pour into molds or bowls and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Cook's Notes

Use ripe, sweet mangoes and ensure gelatin is fully dissolved for a smooth texture.
