Ingredients
- Chicken Breast - 400 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
Step 4
Add sliced carrots, mushrooms, and spinach to the wok, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Return the chicken to the wok and pour in soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 6
Cook for another 3 minutes until everything is well combined.
Step 7
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Cook's Notes
Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
