Ingredients
- Strawberries - 200 g
- Milk - 750 ml
- Sugar - 30 g
- Pudding Powder - 40 g
Directions
Step 1
Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan, whisk milk and pudding powder until no lumps remain.
Step 3
Stir in sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Step 4
Remove from heat and fold in the strawberry puree.
Step 5
Divide into serving bowls and let cool slightly.
Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Cook's Notes
Reserve a few sliced strawberries to garnish on top for extra color and texture.
