- Pistachios - 20 g
- Orange Blossom Water - 10 ml
- Milk - 500 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Sugar - 80 g
- Semolina - 100 g
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

Stir in semolina and toast for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Gradually whisk in milk and sugar until smooth.
Step 4
Bring to a gentle boil, then lower heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 8–10 minutes).
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in orange blossom water.
Step 6
Pour into bowls, sprinkle pistachios on top, and serve warm or chilled.
