Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Olives - 100 g
  • Fresh Mint - 10 g
  • Tomatoes - 250 g
  • Lemon Juice - 50 ml
  • Chickpeas - 400 g
  • Parsley - 30 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 30 ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.

  • Step 2

    Add chopped fresh parsley and mint.

  • Step 3

    In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 4
