- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Olives - 100 g
- Fresh Mint - 10 g
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Lemon Juice - 50 ml
- Chickpeas - 400 g
- Parsley - 30 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
Step 2
Add chopped fresh parsley and mint.
