  • Milk - 1000 ml
  • Raisins - 30 g
  • Walnuts - 20 g
  • Pudding Powder - 40 g
  • Honey - 50 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a saucepan, whisk milk and pudding powder until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Stir in honey until fully dissolved.

  • Step 3

    Add raisins and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  • Step 4

    When mixture thickens, stir in chopped walnuts and cook 1 more minute.

  • Step 5

    Remove from heat and pour into serving bowls.

  • Step 6

    Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Cook's Notes

Use runny honey for easier mixing, and soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes for a plumper texture.
