This classic Brazilian pudim is a smooth custard of condensed milk, eggs, and milk, baked in a water bath and topped with homemade caramel.

Ingredients
- Water - 50 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 °C.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, melt sugar with water over medium heat until golden caramel forms; pour into a bundt or loaf pan.
Step 3
In a blender, combine condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until smooth.
Step 4
Pour custard over caramel in pan.
Step 5
Place pan in a larger baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.
Step 6
Bake 60 minutes, until set but slightly wobbly in center.
Step 7
Cool, refrigerate at least 4 hours, then invert onto a plate to serve.
