Ingredients

  • Water - 50 ml
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 160 °C.

  • Step 2

    In a small saucepan, melt sugar with water over medium heat until golden caramel forms; pour into a bundt or loaf pan.

  • Step 3

    In a blender, combine condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Pour custard over caramel in pan.

  • Step 5

    Place pan in a larger baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.

  • Step 6

    Bake 60 minutes, until set but slightly wobbly in center.

  • Step 7

    Cool, refrigerate at least 4 hours, then invert onto a plate to serve.

Use a blender for a perfectly smooth texture and let it chill thoroughly for clean slices.
