Ingredients

  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Cauliflower - 300 g
  • Broccoli - 300 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Tahini - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking tray.
