Keto Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli
A flavorful low-carb beef stir-fry with tender beef, crisp broccoli, and a medley of aromatics, perfect for a satisfying lunch.
Thinly slice 200 grams of beef. In a food processor, pulse broccoli florets until they resemble small rice-like pieces (about 150 grams). Finely chop 50 grams of onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic. In a bowl, marinate the beef with 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, and stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove the beef and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add the broccoli and 100 grams of diced tomatoes. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Return the beef to the pan, mix well, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
