Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder - 30 g
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with 50Â ml cold milk until smooth.
Step 2
In a saucepan, warm 450Â ml milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5–7 minutes).
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Step 5
Pour into individual cups or molds.
Step 6
Let cool to room temperature, then chill at least 1Â hour before serving.
