  • Milk - 2 piece
  • Cilantro - 1 g
  • Olive Oil - 5 ml
  • Toast - 2 slice

Directions

  • Step 1

    Toast the bread until golden brown.

  • Step 2

    Mash ripe avocado and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Spread avocado on toast.

  • Step 4

    Cook eggs sunny-side-up or poached.

  • Step 5

    Place the egg on top of the avocado toast.
