Brown 250 grams of ground beef in a pan with 1 minced garlic clove, 0.5 tsp chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, mash 1 ripe avocado with the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 0.25 tsp salt to make a spicy avocado mayo. Rinse 4 large lettuce leaves. Spoon the cooked beef onto each lettuce leaf and top with a dollop of the avocado mayo. Garnish with 10 grams of chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
