Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Tomatoes - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
- Cauliflower - 2 cups
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coconut Milk - 200 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in oil until fragrant.

Stir in cauliflower florets, masala or curry powder, and salt.
Step 3
Add diced tomatoes and coconut milk; bring to a gentle simmer.

Cook for about 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
