This vegetarian spinach and feta pie is a delicious savory dish made with layers of flaky filo pastry filled with seasoned spinach, feta cheese, onion, garlic, and aromatic herbs. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner, this pie is tasty served hot or cold.

Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Phyllo Dough - 6 pcs
- Feta Cheese - 200 g
- Spinach - 400 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Pepper - 0.25 tsp
- Dill - 5 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Olive Oil - 45 ml
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
Sauté 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in 15 ml olive oil until softened.
Step 3
Add 400 g fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Drain excess water and cool slightly.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine spinach mixture, 200 g crumbled feta cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp pepper, and 5 g fresh dill.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish and layer half of 6 filo pastry sheets, brushing each with olive oil.
Step 6
Spread spinach-feta filling over pastry, then top with remaining filo sheets, brushing each again with oil.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Allow pie to cool slightly before cutting into slices.
