Combine one ripe avocado, 50 grams of kale, and 200 ml of coconut milk in a blender. Squeeze in the juice of one lime and add 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener - 1 tbsp
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Kale - 50 grams

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel and pit the avocado and add it to the blender.

  • Step 2

    Wash and roughly chop the kale, then add it.

  • Step 3

    Pour in the coconut milk.

  • Step 4

    Squeeze the juice of one lime into the mix.

  • Step 5

    Add the monk fruit sweetener.

  • Step 6

    Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

For a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
