Ingredients

  • Water - 4 tbsp
  • Flour - 2.5 cups
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 0.75 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Apples - 5 pieces

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

  • Step 3

    Cut cold butter into the flour mixture until crumbly.

  • Step 4

    Gradually add cold water and form a dough.

  • Step 5

    Roll out half the dough and line a pie dish.

  • Step 6

    In another bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.

    Fill the pie crust with apple mixture.

    Roll out the remaining dough and place it on top.
