Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
- Tempeh - 200 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Cumin - 0.5 tsp
- Lime - 1 tbsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tortillas - 4 pieces
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin.
Step 2
Toss sliced tofu in the marinade; set aside for a few minutes.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet; sauté onion and bell peppers until slightly tender.
Step 4
Add tofu with marinade; cook until golden.
Step 5
Fill warm tortillas with the tofu-pepper mixture and optional toppings.
Step 6
