Ingredients
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Tomatoes - 1 pieces
- Broccoli - 1 cup
- Mushrooms - 4 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Freekeh - 0.75 cup
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Step 2
Rinse freekeh, then cook it according to package instructions.
Step 3
In a bowl, toss broccoli, mushrooms, onion, and tomatoes with olive oil and paprika.

Spread the vegetables on a baking tray and roast for about 10-12 minutes, until tender.
