- Chia Seeds - 50 g
- Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp
- Blueberries - 100 g
- Vanilla Beans - 1 tsp
- Coconut Milk - 400 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Step 4
When set, divide into serving bowls and top with fresh blueberries.
