Ingredients

  • Garlic - 1 cloves
  • Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Pasta - 200 g
  • Broccoli - 1 cup
  • Onion - 0.5 pieces
  • Nutritional Yeast - 0.5 cup
  • Bay Leaves - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook your choice of pasta according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent.

  • Step 3

    Stir in cashew cream or your favorite vegan cream substitute, then add nutritional yeast and salt.

  • Step 4

    Add steamed broccoli florets; combine everything well.
