- Garlic - 1 clove
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 0.25 cup
- Pepper - 1 to taste
- Lime - 1 tbsp
- Chili Powder - 0.25 tsp
- Chickpea Flour - 0.5 cup
Directions
Step 1
Grate 2 medium zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, 1/2 cup chickpea flour, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 4
Form small patties from the mixture.

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
