Ingredients
- Coffee - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 30 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
- Pudding Powder - 40 g
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan, whisk milk and instant coffee until dissolved.

Add pudding powder and sugar, whisking to remove any lumps.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens (about 8–10 minutes).
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
