Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Matcha Powder - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 50 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp hot water into a smooth paste.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, warm milk with sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
Step 3
Remove from heat, whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully melted, then fold in matcha paste and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Pour into individual cups or molds.
Step 5
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
Step 6
Garnish with whipped cream or a dusting of extra matcha before serving.
