- Lemon Zest - 1 tsp
- Rice - 80 g
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
Directions
Step 1
Rinse rice under cold water until clear.

In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, cinnamon stick, and lemon zest; bring to a gentle simmer.

Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until rice is tender and mixture thickens (20–25 minutes).

Remove cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
Step 5
Stir in sugar and vanilla extract; cook 2 more minutes.
Step 6
