Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Peas - 100 g
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc
- Ginger - 10 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Tofu - 250 g
- Soy Sauce - 30 ml
- Sesame Oil - 10 ml
Directions
Step 1
Press and cube the tofu.
Step 2
Slice the red bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and trim the snap peas.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 4
Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Step 5
In a wok, heat sesame oil and quickly sauté garlic and ginger.
Step 6
Add the tofu and stir-fry until lightly golden.
Step 7
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until just tender.
Step 8
Drizzle with soy sauce and toss well.
Step 9
Serve immediately.
