Ingredients

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 30 g
  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla Extract - 5 ml
  • Pudding Powder - 40 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.

  • Step 2

    In a saucepan, whisk milk and pudding powder until no lumps remain.

  • Step 3

    Stir in sugar and vanilla extract.

  • Step 4

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 8–10 minutes).

  • Step 5

    Remove from heat and fold in mashed bananas.

  • Step 6

    Divide into bowls, let cool slightly, then chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Cook's Notes

Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness, and garnish with banana slices.
