  • Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
  • Tomatoes - 0.5 cup
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 0.5 pieces
  • Nutmeg - 0.25 tsp
  • Chickpea Flour - 0.75 cup

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, whisk chickpea flour with water, salt, and turmeric until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion and garlic until softened.

  • Step 3

    Pour in the chickpea mixture; cook on medium heat, stirring, until it thickens and becomes scramble-like.

    Stir in diced tomatoes for extra flavor.

Cook's Notes
