- Portobello Mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Cornstarch - 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
- Broccoli - 1 cup
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.

Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
