Ingredients

  • Portobello Mushrooms - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
  • Cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli - 1 cup
  • Onion - 0.5 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  • Step 3

    Add sliced mushrooms and broccoli florets; stir-fry until tender.

  • Step 4

    Stir in soy sauce mixture to coat; simmer briefly.
