Ingredients

  • Avocado - 1 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 cloves
  • Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
  • Pasta - 200 g
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp
  • Lime - 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    In a blender, combine avocado, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and salt.

  • Step 3

    Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with a bit of pasta water.

  • Step 4

    Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

  • Step 5

    Stir in the avocado sauce.

  • Step 6

    Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
