- Flour - 150 g
- Butter - 60 g

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a baking dish, mix 500 g blueberries with 50 g sugar, 10 g cornstarch, and 5 ml lemon juice. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine 150 g all-purpose flour, 25 g sugar (agai, 5 g baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Cut in 60 g cold butter until crumbly.

Stir in 100 ml milk just until dough forms.

Drop spoonfuls of dough over the blueberries, leaving some gaps.

Bake for 25‑30 minutes, or until topping is golden and fruit is bubbly.
