  • Himalayan Pink Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Meyer Lemons - 1 piece
  • Cilantro - 10 grams
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook the shrimp until pink and set aside. 2. Dice the avocado and mix with chopped cilantro. 3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, olive oil, and lemon juice. 4. Season with Himalayan pink salt. 5. Toss gently and serve immediately.
