This tiramisu recipe balances the rich flavors of espresso, mascarpone, and cocoa to create a light-yet-indulgent treat. No cooking required, just a bit of assembly and chill time.

Ingredients
- Ladyfingers - 24 pieces
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
- Coffee - 1.5 cups
- Sugar - 0.5 cup
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Mascarpone - 1 lb

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks and whites.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with sugar until pale and thick.

In another bowl, whip the mascarpone to soften it, then gently combine it with the egg yolk mixture.

Whisk egg whites separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Step 5
Dip ladyfingers briefly in cooled coffee and arrange a layer in a dish.
Step 6
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
Step 8
Top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Dust generously with cocoa powder.

Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
