In a blender, combine 30 grams of fresh basil, 20 grams of pine nuts, 30 grams of grated Parmesan, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice to create the pesto. Toss the zucchini noodles with the pesto and top with the sliced chicken. Serve immediately.
