This traditional Thai pudding features black sticky rice cooked until tender in rich coconut milk, lightly sweetened and topped with coconut cream and toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- Coconut Cream - 100 ml
- Black Glutinous Sticky Rice - 200 g
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 60 g
- Sesame Seeds - 10 g
- Coconut Milk - 400 ml
Directions
Step 1
Rinse and soak sticky rice in water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Drain and steam rice 20 minutes until tender.
Step 3
In a saucepan, combine cooked rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt; simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 5
Spoon into bowls, drizzle coconut cream on top, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
Step 6
Serve warm or chilled.

Use freshly cooked rice and adjust sweetness to taste.
