Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chicken Breast - 4 pieces
  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Bread Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Step 2

    Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, garlic, and cream cheese until well combined.

  • Step 4

    Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.

  • Step 5

    Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.

  • Step 6

    Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.

  • Step 7

    Remove toothpicks and serve hot with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
