- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Chicken Breast - 400 g
- Rice - 300 g
- Batat - 150 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 800 ml
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add chopped carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add rice and stir to coat with the oil and vegetables.

Gradually add chicken broth, one ladle at a time, stirring continuously.

Allow the liquid to absorb before adding more broth, and repeat until the rice is creamy and cooked.

Return the chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
