- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Breast - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 1 tbsp
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 cup
- Soy Sauce - 1 cup
- Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown on both sides; remove from skillet.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened.

Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.

Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
