Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Breast - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 1 tbsp
- Fettuccine Pasta - 400 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Heavy Cream - 1 cup
- Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup
Directions
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked; remove from skillet and slice.
Step 3
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to combine. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Step 6
Top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.

For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
