Ingredients

  • Beef - 500 g
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 cup
  • Heavy Cream - 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup

Directions

  • Step 1

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Add diced onion, garlic, and carrots, sauté until softened.

  • Step 3

    Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

  • Step 4

    Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning.

  • Step 5

    Lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 6

    Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain.

  • Step 7

    Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked pasta, garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
