- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Chicken Breast - 500 g
- Batat - 500 g
- Lemon - 1 pieces
- Spinach - 100 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Cut the potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

Place the vegetables and potatoes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
