- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken Breast - 400 g
- Pasta - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Heavy Cream - 200 ml
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese - 50 g
Directions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and sauté until the mushrooms are soft.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine.

Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat with the sauce.
