Keto Beef Chili with Avocado
A hearty, spicy chili made with ground beef, diced tomatoes, and aromatic spices, topped with fresh avocado and cilantro—a perfect low-carb lunch.
In a large pot, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves; sauté until soft. Add 300 grams of ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in 400 grams of diced tomatoes, 0.5 tsp chili powder, 0.5 tsp cumin and 0.5 tsp salt. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot, topped with slices of avocado and 15 grams chopped cilantro.
