Season with salt and pepper, then shape into a loaf. Bake for about 60 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam or boil cauliflower until tender and then mash it with butter and heavy cream.   • Tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Cauliflower - 600 grams
  • Parsley - 10 grams
  • Tempeh - 500 grams
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 50 grams
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Eggs - 1 piece
  • Evaporated Milk - 50 ml
  • Tapioca Flour - 50 grams

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Step 2

    Mix ground turkey, egg, almond flour, onion, garlic, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Form mixture into a loaf and bake for 60 minutes.
