Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with one egg, almond flour, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then shape into a loaf. Bake for about 60 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam or boil cauliflower until tender and then mash it with butter and heavy cream. Serve slices of meatloaf over a bed of cauliflower mash, garnished with fresh parsley.
