Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Beef - 500 g
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 cup
- Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Season beef strips with salt and pepper, then sear until browned; remove from skillet.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Step 5
Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Return beef to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in sour cream and cook for another 2 minutes, but do not boil.
Step 8
Serve hot over cooked egg noodles, garnished with parsley.
