Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • - 450 g
  • Beef - 500 g
  • Parsley - 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella - 2 cups
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 cups
  • Heavy Cream - 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

  • Step 2

    Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions and drain.

  • Step 3

    In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic until browned; add marinara sauce and mix well.

  • Step 4

    In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5

    In a baking dish, layer half the cooked ziti, half the meat sauce, and half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.

  • Step 6

    Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 7

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
