Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salmon - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 1 pc
- Spinach - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and chopped fresh herbs.
