Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salmon - 4 pieces
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Spinach - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Step 2

    Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 3

    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and chopped fresh herbs.

    Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
