Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Potatoes - 600 g
  • Tomatoes - 200 g
  • - 2 pieces
  • Baking Soda - 100 g
  • Carrots - 200 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Panko - 100 g
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Cod - 500 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

    Coat the fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
