- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Beef - 500 g
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Spinach - 3 cups
- Bread Flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
- Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add thinly sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 4
Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 5
Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss to combine.
Step 6
Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
